NEMHAIN: 'Second Skin' Video Posted Online

April 9, 2009

"Second Skin", the new video from NEMHAIN — the U.K.-based band featuring AT THE GATES/ex-CRADLE OF FILTH drummer Adrian Erlandsson and his wife, Morrigan Hel (a.k.a. Amber England) — can be viewed below. The clip was filmed in January at a west London studio with Dr. Palser (MY DYING BRIDE, SALVATION, IMMORTAL) and it features Gramdrax of TED MAUL filling in for Peter Dolving of THE HAUNTED, who duets with Morrigan on the track.

"Second Skin" is a cover version of a song by THE GITS, one of the more noteworthy rock outfits to emerge from Seattle in the early '90s.

NEMHAIN will release its debut album, entitled "From the Ashes", in later in the year via an as-yet-undisclosed record label. The CD was recorded and mixed over a three-week period in April 2008 at Studio Fredman in Hyssna, Sweden.

Commented the band: "We've more or less got 'From The Ashes' ready to be released, but we've been in negotiations with a label to do a worldwide release, rather than go it alone. Everything's just being finalized now, so we should be confirming a release date soon."
